How we start

From the first message to starting work - a simple and transparent process.

Send an enquiry
Describe the project - what do you need, for whom, when. The more you write, the better quote you will get. Send the form or write directly via email.

Quote in 24h
I will reply with a specific quote, schedule and any follow-up questions. No generalities - I specify the amount and deadline before you approve anything.

We start
After accepting the quote, we sign the arrangements and get started. 50% advance payment before implementation, the rest after delivery. I issue a VAT invoice.

Frequently asked questions

How long does it take to respond to an enquiry?
I usually reply within a few hours, latest within 24h on business days (Mon-Fri). It may take a bit longer on the weekend. If it's urgent - write about it in your message.
Do you do projects outside of Silesia?
Yes - I work remotely with clients from all over Poland and abroad. There is no need to meet in person. All communication via email, Zoom or Messenger.
Is the quote binding?
The quote I send after an enquiry is free and non-binding. Only after acceptance and paying the advance payment do we start the cooperation. You can also check the approximate price in the online calculator.
Can we meet in person?
I work mainly remotely, but for clients from Silesia we can arrange a short meeting if necessary. Write in the message that you prefer direct contact.
What information to prepare before contact?
A short description is enough: what you want to achieve, who the offer is aimed at (clients), approximate budget and deadline. You don't need to have ready-made materials - we can discuss it together.
Do you cooperate with agencies?
Yes - I cooperate with agencies as a subcontractor (white-label). I maintain the confidentiality of the projects. Write in the message that the enquiry concerns subcontracting.
