What if I do not like the graphic design?
I work until approval. If the concept does not meet your expectations, I propose a new direction. If it deviates from the brief - revisions are free.
Can I change the scope during the project?
Yes - but every change of scope is a new quote. Minor content and color changes - within revisions. Adding new sections or features - an additional estimate.
What happens after the project is handed over?
For 12 months, I answer questions and make minor content updates without an invoice. After a year - administration from 299 zł/month or one-time orders.
Do you sign contracts?
For larger projects (over 3 000 zł) - yes. For smaller ones - quote acceptance via e-mail. At the client's request, I always issue a contract.
What does the payment process look like?
50% deposit at the start, the remaining 50% upon handover. VAT invoice. For larger projects, staged payments are possible.
