A notary office website has to build trust before the client calls. Visitors look for the scope of notarial services, opening hours, address and confirmation that they found the right office.
Simplicity mattered in this project. The site could not look like a showcase of effects, but like a credible place with information needed before a visit.
Solution
I prepared a WordPress site with organised office information, opening hours, a location map and a contact form. The key details are available without long scrolling.
The visual layer is restrained and professional. Visitors focus on the matter they came with, not on decorative elements.
Website colour palette
The palette is formal and calm. Navy builds trust, blue indicates contact and the light background makes office information easier to read.
Fonts used in the project
A geometric typeface that gives structure to headings and guides the eye through sections. In this notary office website project, it separates the offer, facts and calls to action.
