Nash Bags handmade store - custom crochet bags
Project: a handmade WordPress store for Nash Bags and Accessories, with crochet bags made from T-shirt yarn and customised orders.
Challenge
The Nash Bags handmade store had to present the bags the way Natalia talks about them to customers: handmade work, a choice of colour, pattern and size, not an anonymous product from a shelf. Each T-shirt yarn bag needed photos and copy that quickly explain what can be customised before purchase.
The challenge was to combine ready-made products with enquiries for a bag made for a specific person. Customers had to move through categories without friction, and Natalia needed an admin panel where she could add products, change prices and handle orders without asking for help every time.
Solution
I built the store on WordPress and WooCommerce with a layout that gives the products room. Product cards show the photo, price and key details without clutter, and the path to checkout stays short: choose a bag, pay online, receive the order confirmation.
For customised orders, I gave this option a clear place in the store structure so buyers know they can ask for a colour, pattern and size that fits them. Natalia also received an admin panel for daily work, so the store does not stall when a new model or product description needs to be added.
Store colour palette
The palette uses Idea For Design blue, light backgrounds and navy for contrast. Product photos and the custom order option stay clear, while the store does not fight with the colour of the yarn.
Fonts used in the project
A concise geometric typeface. It keeps category and section headings organised, so customers quickly separate ready-made bags from customised orders.
A readable typeface for product descriptions and basket messages. On mobile, the copy stays easy to scan, so customers can check colour, size and order rules calmly.
