How long does it take to create a WooCommerce store?

Most often, such a store takes 3 weeks if the materials are ready before starting. The deadline depends on the number of products, variants, and integrations, such as payments or delivery. For this project, the scope was clear from the beginning, so we were able to smoothly transition from layout to implementation.

What is needed from me to start working on the store?

To start, I need product photos, short descriptions, prices, and information about delivery and payments. For such a store, order rules are also important: variants, personalisation, vouchers, or blog content. If something is missing, I put together a list of things to prepare before the project.

Will I be able to add products myself after the handover?

Yes. I hand over the store with a panel where you can add products, change prices, edit descriptions, and manage orders without knowing how to code. In this project, the panel also included a blog, FAQs, a newsletter, and PDF vouchers so that daily work wouldn't require contacting a developer.

What payments can you integrate with the store?

Most often, I integrate Przelewy24, PayU, BLIK, cards, PayPal, or Mollie, depending on the market and sales method. In this project, PDF vouchers and a convenient checkout were important, so the payment process had to be short and clear. I select methods for the client, not based on a list of plugins.

Will the store work on a phone (responsiveness)?

Yes. I design the product list, product page, cart, and payment to work comfortably on a phone. For stores with handmade items, beauty products, or digital products, a lot of traffic comes from Instagram, Facebook, or search engines, so the mobile view is not an afterthought.

Challenge

The WooCommerce store for perfume decants had to explain a niche product without adding extra clicks. A buyer chooses a smaller amount of fragrance, so before the basket they want to check the description, size, delivery rules and product authenticity.

Oryginalne Odlewki needed a store that combined sales, helpful content and audience building. PDF gift vouchers, a newsletter and FAQ mattered because questions about decants appear before the purchase decision.

Solution

I prepared a WooCommerce store with a clear category structure, a blog and product pages that guide customers through the key details. The contact form and FAQ reduce repeat questions, while the newsletter gives the brand a way to bring people back for new products.

I added PDF vouchers sent after purchase and SEO across copy and structure. The store is not just a fragrance catalogue, but a place that explains the product, builds an audience and shortens the route to an order.
