How long does it take to create a WooCommerce store?

Most often, such a store takes 3 weeks if the materials are ready before starting. The deadline depends on the number of products, variants, and integrations, such as payments or delivery. For this project, the scope was clear from the beginning, so we were able to smoothly transition from layout to implementation.

What is needed from me to start working on the store?

To start, I need product photos, short descriptions, prices, and information about delivery and payments. For such a store, order rules are also important: variants, personalisation, vouchers, or blog content. If something is missing, I put together a list of things to prepare before the project.

Will I be able to add products myself after the handover?

Yes. I hand over the store with a panel where you can add products, change prices, edit descriptions, and manage orders without knowing how to code. In this project, the panel also included PDF vouchers and personalised orders so that daily work wouldn't require contacting a developer.

What payments can you integrate with the store?

Most often, I integrate Przelewy24, PayU, BLIK, cards, PayPal, or Mollie, depending on the market and sales method. In this project, PayU and Paczkomaty delivery were important, so the payment process had to be short and clear. I select methods for the client, not based on a list of plugins.

Will the store work on a phone (responsiveness)?

Yes. I design the product list, product page, cart, and payment to work comfortably on a phone. For stores with handmade items, beauty products, or digital products, a lot of traffic comes from Instagram, Facebook, or search engines, so the mobile view is not an afterthought.

Challenge

The Zywica Vibe resin jewellery store had to show small products in a way that makes colour, texture and handmade work visible at once. The brand sells earrings, rings, necklaces and hair clips, so the layout could not bury the photos under heavy copy.

The second task was to sell not only ready-made pieces, but also PDF vouchers and custom orders. Customers needed quick filtering by category, colour and price, while the owner needed a panel she could run without a technical background.

Solution

I built the WooCommerce store with clear categories, filtering and calm product cards. Photos lead customers through the offer, while the basket, PayU and parcel-locker delivery shorten the path from choosing jewellery to paying.

I added a portfolio gallery, FAQ about materials and care, a custom-order form and PDF vouchers ready to download after purchase. The store also received basic SEO work, so resin jewellery phrases had a clear place in the structure.
