Billboard for a developer - Rezydencja Fryderyk
Project: a billboard for Rezydencja Fryderyk in Warsaw, prepared to promote a residential development.
Challenge
A billboard for a developer has only a few seconds to communicate the standard of the investment. Rezydencja Fryderyk needed a design that would be minimal, readable from a distance and still suggest a higher property segment.
With such a large format, it is easy to overdo the detail. Too much text, weak contrast or a random photo can make the advert disappear into the city space.
Solution
I chose a restrained layout, strong contrast and a clear priority for the development name. The design does not try to say everything at once, but quickly builds an association with an elegant address.
The file was prepared for large-format print. This means the design remains readable on the billboard, not only on the screen during approval.

The scope focused on one format, but with full preparation for outdoor use.
Premium property palette
Black and gold create an elegant visual shortcut, while the light background improves readability from a distance.
Outdoor typography
A strong typeface for short headings and messages that need to be noticed quickly.
A readable font for descriptions, contact details and materials that also need to work at a smaller size.

A file set prepared for the agreed channels: print, web or social media.
